POLICY STATEMENT

 

 

For your first appointment, in order for you to receive the best possible experience we will take about 10 minutes to review your health history and ask about your expectations/goals for massage.

 

In the event that you are late for your appointment, we will start your session right away while discussing your priorities for that shortened session.  The appointment end time will not be extended because of your delay.  I will always be ready and on time for your session and I trust that you will as well.


 

Note: The below paragraph of regular policies are NOT in effect during the pandemic of 2020.  Cancellations are allowed in the event you or someone in your home are not feeling well. Please be sure to read the documents on the COVID page of this website.  

  


If you are unable to make an appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance by calling 410-967-0389.   While I do understand that emergencies and illness happen in life, with a few exceptions, cancellations within the 24 hour time period, will be charged half of the fee.  In the event of a cancellation within the two hour window immediately prior to your scheduled time, or if you do not come to a scheduled massage session I expect the full session fee.  Before scheduling your next massage, I ask that you pay the fee for your missed appointment and prepay for your next massage.

 

My Fees:

60 Minute Session   $ 90

90 Minute Session   $135

 

I accept cash or personal check or payment through your bank with Zelle, using my email address.  Please note there is a $35 fee for a returned check. 

 

Written records of our work together as well as our verbal discussion will always be held in the strictest of confidence, in compliance with HIPAA.  Be assured that your care is in good hands.
